What you will do

• Administer Okta for identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle processes.
• Manage the macOS fleet via Intune and Level, ensuring security compliance and patch management.
• Design and build cross-functional automations using APIs, Zapier, BlinkOps, and AI-assisted tools.
• Own the IT budget, including vendor contract negotiations, license optimization, and cost forecasting.
• Collaborate with the security team on incident triage, DLP policy enforcement, and privileged access management.
• Mentor IT peers and drive engineering standards through code reviews and hands-on pairing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a hands-on infrastructure or IT engineering role at a Staff or Principal level.
• Expert-level proficiency in Okta administration and managing macOS fleets at scale.
• Strong experience with Google Workspace administration in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to build integrations and automations via APIs and workflow platforms.
• Experience managing IT/SaaS budgets and operating within compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York City in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience in a cybersecurity company or similarly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of AI tool governance and shadow AI controls.
• Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault or equivalent secrets management.
• Experience with FedRAMP authorization environments.
