What you will do

• Analyze business processes behind the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Collaborate with clients to assess goals and requirements for data collection and consolidation.
• Identify data availability gaps and propose actionable technical solutions.
• Lead client workshops to gather and document detailed reporting requirements.
• Configure financial consolidation solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Provide training and support to ensure solutions are optimized for client needs.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong professional knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Excellent analytical and summarizing skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be located in or able to work in Zagreb, Croatia (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience in audit or working within an audit firm.
• Familiarity with implementing IT solutions for financial processes.
• Knowledge of SQL or similar procedural programming languages.
