What you will do

• Develop and implement global sales incentive programs, including analyzing data sources and documenting workflows.
• Collaborate with Reward, Finance & Controlling, and Sales to establish efficient payment processes.
• Manage monthly and quarterly data validation, payment calculations, and participant communications.
• Oversee governance processes, including approval workflows and committee structures.
• Advise stakeholders on best practice design and implementation of sales incentives.
• Produce quarterly performance reports for the Executive team to identify risks and improvement areas.

Requirements

• Experience in managing sales incentives, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Solid understanding of market best practices in sales compensation.
• Advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset to interpret complex data.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Business fluent in English, written and spoken.
