What you will do

• Lead a team of platform and DevOps engineers, setting direction and developing talent.
• Own the DevOps roadmap, balancing developer experience, platform efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product engineering to build self-service deployment tooling.
• Partner with the security team to ensure compliance and a secure platform.
• Drive infrastructure strategy across cloud, container orchestration, CI/CD, and observability.
• Hire, onboard, and grow a high-performing technical team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Engineering management experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Experience shipping production infrastructure and working with cloud-native systems.
• Proven track record of improving developer experience and platform reliability at scale.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical complexity to stakeholders.
• Ability to hire and build high-performing technical teams.
• Experience leading teams using AI-assisted development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-region environments, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern CI/CD.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, or ISO270001.
• Experience scaling DevOps in a fast-growth SaaS environment.
