Salary: $100K – $151K

What you will do
- Advise clients using business and financial acumen to develop solutions for people, process, and technology optimization.
- Partner directly with clients to deliver high-quality projects (average duration: 3–5 months).
- Conduct research and analysis across financial, supply chain, operations, and accounting topics tied to business process optimization.
- Create reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables.
- Collaborate with the project team to manage workstreams and meet deadlines.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a consulting/advisory role or corporate FP&A, supply chain, sales and operations planning, distribution/logistics, or procurement/sourcing.
- Experience implementing and/or working with at least one of: Tier 1–3 ERPs, finance governance tools, CPM technologies, supply chain management applications, or data visualization & analysis solutions.
- Experience with procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, or record-to-report processes.
- Ability to travel as required based on client location.
