Product Manager (Integrations)

TL;DR

Location: Berlin-based (hybrid: minimum 3 days/week in office). EU work permit required.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, specification, and launch of integrations, public APIs, and webhooks.
• Develop tools that enable AI agents to perform real-world actions like CRM syncing and appointment bookings.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics while managing a team of 4-6 engineers.
• Improve Developer Experience (DX) through high-quality documentation and a strategic API roadmap.
• Lead product positioning and launch awareness, driving the roadmap from spec to keynote.
• Collaborate with AI and Core PMs to ensure cohesive product surfaces.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping products that users actually use.
• Engineering background or strong hands-on coding experience.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, and API versioning.
• Strong operational judgment and extreme clarity in writing and thinking.
• Must possess a valid EU work permit.

Nice to have

• Experience with tool-calling and function-calling patterns.
