What you will do

• Provide technical support for network security products, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting via remote sessions for installation, configuration, and OS-level issues.
• Manage and resolve technical escalations within team targets.
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve support procedures and overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in rotational weekend and on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil with legal authorization to work in the country.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• 3+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Linux command line, Active Directory, and cloud virtualization (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with security technologies including Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and email security.
• Excellent communication skills for resolving complex issues via phone and email.
