What you will do
- Provide technical support for network security products, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting via remote sessions for installation, configuration, and OS-level issues.
- Manage and resolve technical escalations within team targets.
- Collaborate with team leaders to improve support procedures and overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in rotational weekend and on-call shifts.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil with legal authorization to work in the country.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- 3+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Linux command line, Active Directory, and cloud virtualization (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with security technologies including Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and email security.
- Excellent communication skills for resolving complex issues via phone and email.
