What you will do
- Manage the entire Customer Journey for an assigned portfolio of customers.
- Partner with Customer Success Engineers to drive operationalization and business KPIs.
- Define and execute Customer Success Plans to drive adoption and value.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and internal voice of the customer for product enhancements.
- Build strong relationships across all levels, from practitioners to the C-suite.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or pre-sales.
- 5+ years of experience working with Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, or SaaS products.
- Professional proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to travel 30%.
- Must be based in Brazil.
