TL;DR

Junior IT Helpdesk Specialist (Spanish): Provide 12/5 helpdesk support, monitor systems, and troubleshoot Level 1/2 issues with an accent on Windows/Linux maintenance, networking, and Active Directory. Focus on root cause analysis, incident resolution within SLAs, and developing preventive measures and support plans.

Location: Hybrid in Bitola, Ohrid, Skopje

What you will do

  • Deliver 12/5 helpdesk support and monitor systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1/2 problems within SLAs
  • Analyze root causes of malfunctions and drive incident resolution
  • Develop support plans, preventive measures, and document procedures
  • Collaborate with business partners, vendors, and technical groups for escalations
  • Prioritize issues and implement process improvements to minimize production impact

Requirements

  • Advanced written and verbal proficiency in Spanish
  • Advanced written and verbal proficiency in English
  • Experience as Helpdesk or support specialist
  • Experience in Windows and Linux system support and maintenance
  • Troubleshooting skills in multi-user environments
  • Base knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, firewalls, VLANs, and network security
  • Knowledge of internet protocols (HTTP, FTP, SCP, DNS) and monitoring tools
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, work independently or in teams, assess risks, and make decisions
