Salary: $62,000 - $77,000 CAD

What you will do

• Analyze large data sets to identify key insights that inform cross-functional decision making.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Support brand tracking research processes, including survey management and performance reporting.
• Manage end-to-end customer survey processes from setup to reporting.
• Create tailored presentations and executive summaries for brand, media, and commercial teams.
• Assist the Insights Manager with ad-hoc internal and external research projects.

Requirements

• Degree in business, marketing, math, finance, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience working on quantitative research projects.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other data analytical tools.
• Basic knowledge of statistical concepts such as regression and perception analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Passion for the iGaming industry and customer trend analysis.

Nice to have

• Exposure to qualitative research projects.
• Experience working with research agencies like Nielsen, Kantar, or Ipsos.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar database querying tools.
• Experience navigating a highly regulated and complex industry.
