What you will do

• Deliver flight training for initial, transition, upgrade, and recurrent programs.
• Ensure all training activities and checks are documented in accordance with 14 CFR 142.
• Maintain instructor proficiency and stay updated on regulatory requirements.
• Promote and integrate crew resource management (CRM) principles into training sessions.
• Perform daily pre-training simulator checks and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Must hold FAA ATPL and CRJ 200/900 type ratings.
• Must have previous FAR 121 or CAR 705 flight crew experience.
• Experience as a simulator instructor in transport category airplanes.
• Aeronautical experience meeting 14 CFR 61.159 standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
