What you will do

• Oversee fleet-wide retrofit programs to ensure technical and schedule requirements are met.
• Assist with Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) modification programs in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Create and validate engineering task cards, work instructions, and maintenance manual revisions.
• Coordinate with internal engineering leads, maintenance teams, and external vendors to resolve technical roadblocks.
• Provide technical ownership for inflight connectivity and entertainment (IFEC) systems to resolve performance issues.
• Implement service bulletins, engineering changes, and software updates across the in-service fleet.

Requirements

• Experience supporting aircraft modifications, systems engineering, or aviation-related infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) and the modification lifecycle for aircraft.
• Proficiency in aircraft systems testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Proven ability to develop engineering change processes and maintenance documentation.
• Must be based in or able to work in Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• Specific experience with Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity (IFEC) or satellite communication systems.
• Familiarity with avionics and commercial aviation communication platforms.
• Knowledge of FAA certification requirements.
