What you will do

• Model operational environments and perform computer simulations to assess system survivability and performance.
• Architect, integrate, and validate simulation components within a larger aerospace project lifecycle.
• Develop simulation requirements and automate test plans for flight computer assessment.
• Develop real-time hardware interfaces and integrate legacy software models.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop new software models and 3D visualization tools.
• Maintain an in-house real-time software framework.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Current In-Scope Top Secret Clearance Required).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cambridge, MA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5-7 years of Systems Engineering or related professional software development experience.
• Significant experience with C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Experience with Linux, bash scripting, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to have

• Experience with Real-Time operating systems.
• Experience with Python software development.
