• Manage and maintain CRM systems for data accuracy and reliability

• Communicate with stakeholders and ensure adherence to processes and SOPs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as CRM Specialist
• Experience in digital marketing agencies required
• US experience required
• Experience with ClickUp, GHL, and other CRM/project tools
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Ads
• Proficient with AI tools for CRM and marketing automation
• Fluent English (oral and written)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced remote environment
