What you will do

• Serve as the primary on-ground partner for darkstore operations in the Philippines.
• Support local leadership in achieving growth, scaling objectives, and identifying operational challenges.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between local partners and regional/global hirify.global teams.
• Provide timely reporting and visibility on progress, risks, and strategic opportunities.
• Assist in developing operational playbooks and sharing best practices across the organization.
• Work directly with local founders and key stakeholders to translate insights into actionable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quick commerce, food delivery, consumer goods, logistics, or startup operations.
• Strong understanding of grocery logistics, darkstore operations, and customer experience.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and translating data into action.
• Experience working closely with founders or in high-growth startup environments.
