What you will do
- Handle back-office processes for shipping and logistics accounts.
- Provide solutions to customers through non-voice or blended channels.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks to support logistics operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure service quality and efficiency.
- Maintain professional communication standards in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Must be a high school graduate (Senior High School graduate for K-12 curriculum).
- Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City on shifting schedules.
- Previous experience in back-office, shipping, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to start work immediately.
