What you will do

• Manage Passenger Acquisition and Retention KPIs to drive business growth.
• Lead a matrix-structured marketing team and collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Operations.
• Develop and execute the Annual Marketing plan, optimizing digital performance and media strategies.
• Oversee country marketing budgets and execute growth hacking tests.
• Manage brand positioning and oversee the creation of culturally relevant creatives.
• Identify strategic partnerships and perform comprehensive market and audience research.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading multi-cultural teams within a matrix structure.
• Experience working with mobile products, preferably in ride-hailing or similar tech industries.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering projects in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish proficiency.
• Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
