What you will do

• Conduct market research to identify trends and define event value propositions.
• Coordinate with chairs and speakers to curate conference agendas and manage presentation schedules.
• Manage event budgets, track KPIs, and ensure milestones are met.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including email campaigns, SEO, and promotional content.
• Oversee website updates, stakeholder communication, and customer service for event participants.
• Lead on-site execution for in-person conferences and manage live streaming for virtual events.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in any subject.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in conference management or marketing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in Singapore and willing to engage in international travel for networking.
