Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid work available after 3 months)

What you will do

  • Assist clients via email and live chat to resolve betting-related issues.
  • Process bets and settle matches according to company policy.
  • Investigate and resolve issues regarding missing matches or incorrect results.
  • Create activity reports and maintain accurate match data.
  • Add missing matches, tournaments, and participants to the system.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to learn best practices and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Bucharest or able to work from the local office.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work in shifts, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
