What you will do

• Respond to inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate solutions to clients.
• Educate customers on product features and processes.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of products and services.
• Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French required.
• Must be based in Romania.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic technical terminology.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
