Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid) or Remote within Romania

What you will do
- Provide telephone and email based post-sales technical support for software products.
- Investigate customer issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure resolution.
- Proactively update customers regarding the progress of outstanding queries.
- Diagnose and solve application queries specifically for MDM solutions.
- Reproduce customer environments using various devices to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Solid understanding of the OSI model and networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting).
- Knowledge of modern Windows clients (Windows 11) and server operating systems (Windows Server 2019, 2022).
- Familiarity with mobile computing platforms including Android and iOS.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in fluent German and English.
- Must be based in Romania.
Nice to have
- Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server.
- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
