What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of Talent Acquisition Partners across the UK and EU to elevate their sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for complex mid-to-senior roles within the Audio business.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior leadership, translating business strategy into effective recruitment execution.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and monitor DEI goals across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Own recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.
- Lead regional talent projects, including process redesigns and the implementation of best-in-class recruitment tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering full-cycle recruitment for complex mid-to-senior roles.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and developing talent acquisition professionals.
- Strong analytical skills with experience owning and reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Experience embedding inclusive hiring practices and using diversity data to drive improvements.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model in London, Peterborough, or Manchester.
