What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of Talent Acquisition Partners across the UK and EU to elevate their sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex mid-to-senior roles within the Audio business.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior leadership, translating business strategy into effective recruitment execution.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and monitor DEI goals across the recruitment lifecycle.
• Own recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.
• Lead regional talent projects, including process redesigns and the implementation of best-in-class recruitment tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering full-cycle recruitment for complex mid-to-senior roles.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and developing talent acquisition professionals.
• Strong analytical skills with experience owning and reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Experience embedding inclusive hiring practices and using diversity data to drive improvements.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in London, Peterborough, or Manchester.
