What you will do

• Coordinate strategies to attract, activate, and retain drivers to maximize lifecycle value.
• Lead and manage a team of engagement agents, providing training and motivation.
• Monitor and optimize the driver funnel and territory KPIs using data-driven action plans.
• Design and execute incentive programs to boost agent and driver performance.
• Oversee CRM communication quality and refine AI-driven communication tools.
• Organize and lead local driver recruitment campaigns during new city launches.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and large-scale recruitment/CRM.
• Experience in sales or recruitment with a focus on performance optimization.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Availability for business travel within El Salvador.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
