What you will do

• Monitor R&D cloud spend, track cost impacts of projects, and produce weekly health reports.
• Coordinate procurement activities, aligning legal, security, and R&D teams to facilitate vendor selection and approvals.
• Manage vendor relationships, track renewals, and handle internal accounting and billing.
• Organize development cycle planning, including team compositions and project assignments.
• Manage R&D escalations from Support, Sales, and Services teams using JIRA.
• Coordinate accessibility compliance, security training, and translation projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business analysis within a technology organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data analytics) and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with JIRA for ticket tracking and project management tools like Monday.com or Asana.
• Foundational understanding of SDLC, version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic ability to construct SQL SELECT queries for data retrieval.
• Ability to align working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
