What you will do

• Own problems from scoping to production, including writing and shipping code.
• Work across the full stack to solve problems regardless of the layer.
• Engage directly with customers through calls and support tickets to build needed features.
• Integrate AI tools into the daily workflow for code generation, debugging, and spec drafting.
• Iterate quickly by getting features in front of users and improving them.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City.
• Proven full-stack flexibility and experience shipping across the stack.
• Fluency with AI tools in a professional development workflow.
• Strong bias toward shipping and high agency in ambiguous situations.
