What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver high-quality features that drive customer and business impact.
• Work directly with customers to identify, ideate, and solve their most challenging problems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and GTM teams to turn complex problems into user-focused solutions.
• Balance rapid iteration speed with long-term maintainability and system health.
• Continuously improve the tech stack, developer workflows, and reliability practices.
• Travel up to 25% of the time to engage with customers.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production code.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and GraphQL.
• Ability to write maintainable, well-tested, and observable code.
• Ownership mindset, following work from ideation through to production.
• Clear and proactive communication regarding progress, risks, and decisions.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Applied AI, especially LLMs.
• Familiarity with audit, assurance, or risk management domains.
• Experience with infrastructure or data layers such as AWS, Postgres, and Hasura.
• Architecting systems for document-heavy workflows (ingestion, processing, retrieval).
• Applying information security and compliance principles such as SOC 2 or FedRAMP.
