Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and optimize the NT Connect web-based platform across the full stack to power brokerage integrations.
• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript deployed on GCP.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to build high-quality, scalable frontend components in React.
• Ensure seamless integration of frontend tools with account management and real-time market data feeds.
• Develop real-time performance monitoring and logging solutions to maintain platform observability.
• Utilize AI coding agents like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to accelerate engineering velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience across frontend and backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for building production-grade APIs and authentication flows.
• Proven experience designing RESTful and WebSocket APIs for external partners or B2B platforms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native tools: Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Solid SQL knowledge, including schema design and query optimization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial, brokerage, or trading systems.
• Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, or signed request authentication patterns.
• Experience with message queues or streaming platforms such as Kafka or Pub/Sub.
• Experience building SDKs or developer toolchains for external integrators.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
