What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain user experiences for both external and internal customers.
• Develop business-critical, foundational services that serve as the data funnel for the platform.
• Improve complex processes and systems to enhance robustness and reduce manual intervention.
• Direct AI agents across the full development lifecycle to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to share knowledge and make informed engineering tradeoffs.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive engineering work using AI tooling.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and maintaining software in production.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with Node, TypeScript, React, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience leveraging AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor other engineers.
• Past experience working in startups and/or fintech environments.
