What you will do

• Manage job descriptions and postings while analyzing salary benchmarks.
• Source candidates using active and passive methods across multiple locations.
• Conduct screenings and interviews for various roles across the organization.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure a consistent hiring process.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and employer-branding activities.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and contribute to recruitment workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Humanities, Law, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including active sourcing and IT recruitment.
• English: C1 level or higher required.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work fully onsite in Kraków.
