What you will do

• Design, build, and integrate robust, reusable solutions within cloud, data, and AI domains.
• Develop modular architectures and reusable building blocks to support long-term system evolution.
• Take end-to-end ownership of team deliveries, managing risks, dependencies, and escalations in complex environments.
• Set the technical direction of the team, ensuring alignment with cloud-first and AI-enabled principles.
• Collaborate directly with Business Unit teams to deploy and operationalize solutions in real product environments.
• Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer through coaching, workshops, and pair programming.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with cloud, CI/CD, and modular architecture.
• Proven track record of technical leadership while remaining hands-on in development.
• Experience working with complex systems or product environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Understanding of how to apply AI and data to create real-world value beyond prototyping.
• Ability to pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
