What you will do

• Own and implement the internal AI strategy from initial direction to a running, measurable operation.
• Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows and automations to improve internal team efficiency.
• Drive AI adoption and enablement by building shared resources and continuous learning loops.
• Govern the internal AI tool stack and make pragmatic build-versus-buy decisions.
• Measure impact by tracking adoption and productivity signals to report ROI to leadership.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software or AI engineering with a security-minded approach.
• Hands-on experience coding with agents and running practical agentic workflows (e.g., Cowork).
• Ability to build MCP servers and a clean internal data layer for AI agents.
• Fluency in cloud platforms, licensing models, data privacy, and cost management.
• Proven track record in change management, driving tool adoption, and training diverse teams.
• Fluent English proficiency.
