What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for hirify.global.com, aligning with business objectives and technology strategy.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across editorial leadership, marketing, legal, data, and engineering teams.
• Lead product discovery processes including user research, analytics review, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
• Partner with Product Owners and engineering teams to drive rapid iterations and coordinated release cycles.
• Mentor junior and intermediate product managers and establish best practices for product management within the domain.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of product management experience.
• 2-5 years of experience with content-heavy or publishing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• English: C1 level mandatory.
• Strong experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and agile/scrum delivery in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Product management certifications such as CSPO or PMC.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
