What you will do

• Support the General Manager in leadership initiatives and strive to achieve the store's sales goals.
• Manage the full client lifecycle using company tools to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain store design and visual standards according to merchandising guidelines.
• Develop client floor plans and design presentations, including in-home consultations.
• Directly manage and mentor Sales Assistants and Studio Interns.
• Engage in continuous product training and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• Proven ability to build trust and relationships with direct reports, peers, and high-end clientele.
• Proficiency with MS Office software, web navigation, and 3-D rendering programs.
• Physical ability to move objects weighing more than 20 pounds and adhere to safety protocols.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
