What you will do

• Define and lead the content strategy for Brazil, aligning global brand positioning with local business priorities.
• Execute 360° campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, and other content channels.
• Manage and orchestrate creative, social, and influencer agencies to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Oversee content planning and publishing across all organic and paid brand channels.
• Analyze campaign performance to extract insights and drive continuous optimization.
• Manage the brand’s communication strategy on customer-facing platforms like Reclame Aqui.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content strategy, social media, and influencer marketing.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, trends, and short-form creator-led content.
• Experience managing agencies and leading cross-functional projects.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Experience with UGC strategies and familiarity with AI tools for content creation and analysis.
