What you will do

  • Create and execute comprehensive long-term growth strategies to drive revenue and client retention.
  • Brief senior leadership on industry trends and client needs to inform product roadmaps.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand client value and improve service delivery.
  • Manage high-stakes contract negotiations and renewals with internal legal and finance partners.
  • Represent the voice of the client in internal strategic forums and leadership discussions.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster cross-level collaboration.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic account or relationship management.
  • Proven record of leading strategic partnerships and influencing high-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational leadership and ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Lincoln, NE.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
