What you will do

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across major paid channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, and ASA.
  • Manage large budgets efficiently to ensure optimal ROI and CAC performance.
  • Partner with analytics, product, and creative teams to improve funnel performance and post-install metrics.
  • Lead creative testing pipelines and scale high-performing assets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Evaluate new UA channels, technologies, and measurement frameworks to enhance acquisition efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, specifically for mobile products.
  • Deep understanding of MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular and various attribution models.
  • Proven ability to manage large paid budgets and optimize campaigns toward ROI/CAC goals.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data findings into actionable strategies.
  • Solid expertise in creative testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
