What you will do

• Provide first-level support to employees and line managers regarding HR inquiries.
• Execute transactional processing and respond to requests using documented policies.
• Maintain and input accurate employee data into the HRIS system.
• Generate basic reports and performance measurements for HR processes.
• Review and verify the accuracy of documents related to employee records.
• Collaborate on various HR coordinative tasks and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or administrative support.
• Proficiency in German and English (very good level required).
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and self-management skills.
• High attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Strong IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office.
