What you will do

  • Deliver advanced Tier 2 technical support as a senior escalation point for Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
  • Develop and implement automation using PowerShell, Bash, and Python to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and support enterprise systems including Intune, JAMF Pro, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Collaborate with Client Platform Engineering and Security teams to align standards and improve endpoint performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, automation runbooks, and knowledge base content.
  • Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 support engineers to foster technical growth and service excellence.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of IT support experience in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux administration.
  • Hands-on experience with device management tools such as Intune and JAMF Pro.
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Solid understanding of core networking, security, and storage fundamentals.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to virtualization or cloud platforms such as vSphere, Azure, or AWS.
  • Familiarity with developer tooling including GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
  • Awareness of endpoint analytics and Zero Trust principles.
