Location: Must be based in New York and able to work in-person 3 days per week (Tue-Thu)
Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Lead the resolution of complex customer technical challenges, including intricate configurations and cross-system integrations.
- Act as the senior technical authority in the US, setting standards for quality and customer engagement.
- Partner with global Product and Engineering teams to translate customer issues into actionable product improvements.
- Establish foundational processes, tooling, and documentation for the US customer engineering hub.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical enterprise customer issues, driving them to resolution.
- Mentor team members and contribute to building a scalable knowledge repository and training materials.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in customer-facing engineering, technical support, or similar roles within complex SaaS environments.
- Strong systems intuition with experience navigating complex software platforms, workflows, and APIs.
- Proven track record of owning critical customer issues and leading complex technical initiatives.
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence senior stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership in a foundational, early-stage environment.
- Must be based in New York and available for in-person office attendance 3 days per week.
