What you will do

• Build and own the West Coast advertising business from the ground up, focusing on entertainment and media verticals.
• Define and execute regional go-to-market strategy, including target accounts and agency partnerships.
• Establish and grow senior relationships with key advertisers, studios, and entertainment stakeholders.
• Lead early-stage deal development and close foundational partnerships to anchor long-term revenue.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Creator teams to bring new solutions to market.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team while implementing robust sales processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, enterprise sales, or business development.
• Proven success in scaling a region, vertical, or new line of business from early stages.
• Deep network across West Coast advertisers, agencies, and entertainment industry decision-makers.
• Strong experience with strategic partnerships and complex deal structures.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure from scratch.
• Executive presence with strong influence and leadership capabilities.
