What you will do

• Maintain accounting records for local entities in accordance with group policies and local GAAP.
• Collaborate with local tax outsourcing providers to ensure accurate and timely filings.
• Manage end-to-end cash and bank reconciliation processes in NetSuite.
• Oversee employee-related accounts, including advances and expense reimbursements.
• Act as the primary owner of the Yokoy expense management system.
• Perform month-end closing and control procedures for international entities.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial control.
• Solid understanding of local accounting and tax regulations in Brazil.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced English (B2 or higher) required.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and financial reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Experience with Yokoy expense management.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
