What you will do
- Process high volumes of vendor invoices and payments across multiple entities.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Generate and distribute billing reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in Argentina.
- Must be available to work in UK Time Zone.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Mediaocean, or Strata).
- AI working experience is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
