Accountant (Finance)

What you will do

• Perform monthly, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures, including preparing US journal entries.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of account reconciliations for Balance Sheet and P&L to identify discrepancies.
• Review the P&L to ensure Revenue and Expenses are properly booked and align with forecasts.
• Provide support for annual financial planning, Inter-Group monthly invoicing, and ad-hoc tax reports.
• Collaborate with local finance teams across North America, Latin America, and other regions to ensure process consistency.
• Maintain and update actuals information using SAP-BFC.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Fluent English (C1) required for daily communication with global leadership and teams.
• Solid knowledge of accounting sciences and financial analysis.
• Experience with monthly closing procedures and account reconciliations.
• Ability to be flexible with different time zones as necessary.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spanish.
• Experience with SAP-BFC.
