Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations for Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Build and optimize account architectures for brand, non-brand, and persona-driven campaigns.
• Launch and scale Google App Campaigns (ACi) specifically for Android revenue growth.
• Design and optimize conversion funnels across web, desktop, and mobile app stores.
• Analyze performance metrics including CAC, payback windows, and retention curves.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Design teams to test creatives and bidding strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing Google Search Ads for B2C apps or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing $50k+/month budgets with measurable ROAS.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Expertise in Google App Campaigns, Performance Max, and Apple Search Ads.
• Fluency in GA4, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), and product analytics (PostHog/Mixpanel).
• Strong written communication skills for reporting and leadership presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bing/Microsoft Ads.
• Background in productivity tools or PLG SaaS.
• Proficiency in SQL or BI tools for self-serve data analysis.
• Experience with landing page and conversion rate optimization.
