Account Lead – Retail Search

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be located in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute paid search campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, and other retail media networks.
• Lead and mentor paid search specialists, supporting professional development and team performance.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account management teams on integrated media plans.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve ROI and client outcomes.
• Oversee daily campaign execution, reporting, budgets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Build client relationships and present performance reports, insights, and strategic growth recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of paid search advertising experience focused on retail media networks.
• At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
• Experience managing successful paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
• Strong knowledge of retail media platforms, including Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, and Target Roundel.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms, plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams and building collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
