Location: Must be based in Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Salary: $160,000 – $186,000 + Commission ($83.6K – $94K)

What you will do
- Engage with localization managers, IT architects, and procurement stakeholders to identify technical gaps and opportunities.
- Map complex enterprise content pipelines and design future-state workflows centered on technology.
- Lead technical validation, including POCs and architecture reviews, for risk-averse enterprise clients.
- Establish and refine discovery frameworks, architecture templates, and ROI models for the GTM team.
- Translate field insights into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
- Navigate complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders from IT, legal, and executive leadership.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales.
- Strong familiarity with modern AI and localization stacks, including TMS, CMS, and REST/webhook API architecture.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language proficiency (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Japanese) is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to discuss security posture, data residency, and governance frameworks with IT and legal audiences.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise environments and simplifying technical complexity for C-level buyers.
- Workflow transformation mindset with the ability to map and optimize legacy content pipelines.
