What you will do

• Collaborate with operations staff including processing, underwriting, and closing departments.
• Manage data entry, campaign facilitation, and client communication via Top of Mind.
• Gather, analyze, and upload documentation into the Encompass e-folder.
• Implement procedures to maximize team efficiency and pipeline progression.
• Support business development and marketing strategies to build realtor and client relationships.
• Facilitate credit pulls and run DU/LP/GUS through the loan origination system.

Requirements

• Must reside within the United States
• Proven experience with mortgage loans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Technical proficiency with various software programs
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
