What you will do

• Monitor and process internal appraisal orders from entry to delivery.
• Ensure appraisal fees are updated accurately for service provider payments.
• Maintain detailed communication records while contacting appraisers for status updates.
• Review evaluations and appraisals to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with loan officers, processors, and underwriters to resolve order flow issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 1+ year of related administrative experience, preferably in mortgage or appraisal.
• Strong PC skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to learn and attain State License or Certification.
