What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve predictive models and decision systems.
• Explore internal and external data sources to enhance model performance.
• Design, implement, and analyze in-market experiments for new algorithms and processes.
• Prototype solutions to business problems using cutting-edge technologies.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools throughout the development workflow.
• Recommend strategic changes based on rigorous analytics and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Math, Stats, Econ, Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science)
• Proficiency in R, Python, machine learning tools, and SQL
• Proven track record of applying advanced models to real-world problems
• Ability to craft rigorous research and evaluation designs
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Atlanta, Georgia

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering environments
• Knowledge of DevOps and Git
• Track record of agentic AI use and implementation
