What you will do

• Perform detailed exploratory data analysis to understand data quality, drivers, and business context.
• Build predictive models and advanced analytics solutions using structured and unstructured data.
• Apply machine learning techniques such as regression, decision trees, and neural networks to solve business problems.
• Partner with product owners to define hypotheses and ensure analytical outputs align with business needs.
• Communicate technical findings and business insights through clear presentations and data visualizations.
• Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of data science solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience developing and delivering data science solutions.
• Full proficiency with machine learning and advanced analytics methods.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, PySpark, and data wrangling on cloud-based platforms.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to learn financial services domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in financial services, specifically Retirement, Wealth Management, or Employee Benefits.
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML, Snowflake, Databricks, and deep learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
